Introduction
There are thousands of international businesses are increasing at present days; many famous companies would like to invest oversea or allocate chain store all around the world. Generally, international trade is deepening gradually, and economic globalization is becoming more and more distinct. Numbers of countries tend to enter kinds of economic organizations such as WTO, G20 and so on. Emerging market economies refer to former developing economies that achieved substantial industrialization, modernization and remarkable economic growth, for instance, China, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland and Turkey. These countries have common characteristics like low labor cost and abundant natural resources (Harrison and Andrew, 2010). These countries have huge potential to do business and invest. A well resource supplied country like Australian has many opportunities. For example, Australia exports coal to China every year that contain 13% of total export dollar (Han 2014); due to China lack of coal, they have to import for developed and lead to Australia earn lots money at this moment. There are many factors company need to consider if they would like to invest or trade business oversea like culture, legal, political system due to countries need to fix disadvantage through need others’ resources. This essay will focus on economic factors especially size of people, GDP, interest rate, free trade policy in developing emerging market. The author is going to adopt two cases to explain how these factors contribute to global trade.

Case analyze
Australia and Japan achieved an agreement about tariffs coming down with historic deal in April 8, 2014, which was reported on Federal Politics (Kenny .M., 2014). The exports of Australian dairy, beef, wine, sugar, horticulture, and a range of services will substantially be freed up by Japanese deal. In the same time, the price of Japanese cars, IT products, household electrical appliances and other high-tech goods will be much cheaper in Australia (Torgler, 2013). It is a win-win situation, from the perspective of Japan, it has 127 million people but lack of natural resources, so it is specialized in IT industry but extremely weak in agriculture, whose economy is considered to be so protected all the time. Through this agreement, Japan has obtained greatly preferential prices of high–tech products. From the aspect of Australia, the famous agricultural land, can exchange his rich natural resources and benefit a lot from the deal. Free trade policy lower down barrier of entrance for two countries, businessman do not pay higher tax anymore so that they can sell products at low price and create...
