1- Introduction
1.1- What is Supply Chain Management (SCM):
The term Supply Chain Management was first launched in 1982 which refers to the systematic and strategic integration of business role starting from the suppliers for materials and goes through customers, which add more value to products, services and information for the consumers and stakeholders. (Mohamed Syazwan Ab Talib, 1, March 2014) Actually Supply Chain Management as a term it includes all the activities which responsible to choose the right product into the right end users’ hands in the exact right quantity and time, this activities begin from the raw materials and even extend after purchasing the products.SCM; main focus on forecasting and planning, purchasing, storage, assembly and manufacturing, moving, distributing, sales and after sale service. (Ballou). Supply chain management play an important role in all kinds of organizations manufacturers, retailers, transportation companies, third party logistics firms, government agencies and service firms. Understanding and optimizing business processes is a cornerstone of success, and for this reason, supply chain professionals are in strong demand. (Shah, 2009) 1.2- E-Supply Chain Management;

Which is the integration between upstream activities and downstream activities with combination with the internet, the aim is increasing the efficiency of logistics, and it improves the supplier and distributor activities for automated management for the specifications, quantity, costs and delivery time of materials and products with higher productivity. The recent technological improvement in information system and information technology have the possibility for coordination and allows the virtual integration for the whole supply chain management.
